Day 1: Arrive Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet our representative and transfer you to Arusha where you will spend a night at a beautiful lush garden lodge. The lodge is situated in a working coffee plantation.

Day 2: Lake Manayara National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Very early in the morning, after a delicious breakfast you will drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park. The park is alkaline water which is a home to several bird species such as greater and lesser pink Flamingos eating from algae produced from the lake, pelicans, yellow-billed stock, gray herons. Wildlife species which surround the lake marshland, grassland plain, and acacia woodland where animals like buffalos, zebras, wildebeest and antelopes use to graze. Also there are more habitats in Lake Manyara such as underground water forest for clean water and shade, and hot water spring. During late afternoon you will arrive to your lodge located in Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Day 3-4: Ngorongoro Crater

The famous Ngorongoro Crater — one of the new Seven Natural Wonders of Africa and the feature from which the NCA takes its name — is the world’s largest inactive and empty volcanic caldera, formed 2 to 3 million years ago. Around 25,000 large animals live in the 30,000-hectare crater, including lion, black rhino and elephant. Spend a day on safari in the crater, pausing for a special lunch in the bush. Visitors can also hike up the Olmoti volcano, trek down to the Empakaai Crater Lake where pink flamingos flock in the shallows or visit a Ngorongoro village to learn about Maasai culture.

Day 5: Drive to Serengeti

In the morning after breakfast, you will start driving to Namiri plains camp and en-route game drive. Arrive for lunch. During the afternoon you will enjoy game drive in search of wildlife.

Day 6 – 8: Serengeti National park

Start the day bright and early with a wake-up call and tea or coffee. Enjoy breakfast before you depart for a morning game drive (or have it packed as a picnic to take with you). Arrive back at camp mid-morning, with a chance to freshen up before lunch. The Serengeti is a year-round destination. The famous wildebeest migration herds pass Namiri Plains from around October to May. Throughout the year, there are always hyenas, leopards and lions in the area. Apart from game driving also you may experience other activities like walking safaris, one of the most exciting ways to explore the Serengeti is on foot. When you step down from the vehicle, appreciate all the small things that you miss on a game drive. Identify butterflies, ants, termites and dung beetles or get closer to birds when they’re not startled by the engine noise. A great opportunity to learn about how the whole Serengeti ecosystem works.

Day 9: Flight to Ruaha National Park

After delicious breakfast you will checkout from Namiri plains camp having a road transfer to Seronera airstrip for the flight to Msembe airstrip in Ruaha national park. Upon arrival, you will meet our representative guide with a private safari vehicle and transfer you to Jabali ridge for check-inn and lunch. After lunch you will do an afternoon game drive.

Day 10 – 11: Ruaha National Park

A landscape of sun beached plains, mighty baobabs and hardy shrubs, Ruaha is home to a large number of lion, elephant, buffalo and even African wild dogs. During the rainy season visitors can hear the incredible thundering of the Ikuka waterfall and even witness the Mwangusi beginning to flow after being dry for seven months. The dry season is equally exciting, with opportunities to spot buffalo herds in the riverbed and elephants digging in the sand for water.

Day 12: Deparute

This is your last day of safari, after breakfast you will checkout from the Lodge and take a transfer to Msembe airstrip for the flight to Dar es Salaam where you can take an outbound flight to your home or you can extend your holiday with Zanzibar.
